SOUTH London MPs have attacked Boris Johnson for seeking to squeeze as much money as he can from the Government before giving the go-ahead to building a new Tube line linking Clapham Junction to east London. They believe he is delaying kick-starting Phase 2 unless the Government hands out more cash.
