Wishing Well pub: renovations - not a change of use or licensing application

The Wishing Well on the corner of Choumert Road and Bellenden Road is being renovated, and will return to its old name of The Victoria. Public notices outside have led some residents to believe that there was an application to extend licensing hours.

This factory site is hidden behind the back gardens between Nutbrook, Howden, Waghorn Streets and Maxted Road, and entrance is between 31 and 35 Nutbrook Street and between 18 and 20 Howden Street, and underneath the bedrooms in one of the houses in each street.
