Train disruption during the cold weather
Below is a message for users of Nunhead, Peckham Rye, Denmark Hill stations from SouthEastern Rail Company. They run the trains from Sevenoaks to Blackfriars and Dartford to Victoria.

Communications survey
As mentioned in our recent newsletter we are carrying out a review of how we and Network Rail dealt with the disruption caused by the snow and ice during the week beginning 5 January. We want to know what worked, what didn't and how we might do better in future. A key part of this process will be how well we communicated with passengers and stakeholders over this period be it through email and text alerts, news broadcasts, posters at stations and our website.
Please give us your assessment of our communications strategy including media interviews, the level and detail of information provided to passengers and stakeholders and your suggestions for improving communications in future.
Things you might like to consider are: were you aware of the disruption to services and our revised timetable from the Did you find our stakeholder alerts helpful? Was there enough information on our website? If you travelled during this period did you see posters at stations advising of the revised timetable? If you were signed up for text or email alerts via our website did you receive them? Please be as frank as possible and we look forward to hearing from you.
