There will be significant changes to Peckham's rail services from 20 December. These are not permanent but some will be with us for a long period up to 2018. They are the result of work at London Bridge for the Thamselink new services which will begin in 2018. See below the details of
the service changes before then. best wishes for Christmas and the New Year. Eileen Conn

RAIL SERVICE CHANGES AT LONDON BRIDGE

The changes affecting services from North Dulwich, East Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Queen's Road
Peckham are below:

* Saturday 20 December 2014 to Sunday 4 January 2015
No trains to and from London Bridge:
because Southern services will not operate between South Bermondsey and London Bridge.

* Monday 12 January 2015 to August 2016
No trains to Charing Cross via London Bridge:
because Southeastern services to and from Charing Cross will not call at London Bridge. They will
resume in 2016.

* August 2016 to early 2018
No trains to Cannon St via London Bridge:
because Southeastern services to and from Cannon Street will not call at London Bridge.  These
services will resume calling at London Bridge in 2018.

* From 2018
The expanded Thameslink services will begin. This includes new links at London Bridge for
Peckham rail users:
- with the East Coast Mainline Great Northern route, from Peterborough and Cambridge and stations
in between,
- Crossrail starts running east-west across London in late 2018, connecting with the Thameslink
route at Farringdon.
