from Milton Keynes, Southampton and Hastings and everywhere in between. I represented SRUG. We were ranged around circular tables, each with a representative from Southern Rail or Network Rail for personal contact and conversation… Of great note and welcome is that, despite invariable mention of customer services as a generality, everybody who spoke referred to us as passengers.
